LinksField Coating & Projects ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This page explains what information we collect through this website, why, and how you can control it.

Information you give us

When you use the Contact, Request a Call Back, or Get a Quote forms, we collect what you type in — typically your name, email address, phone number, property address, and details about the work you need. This is sent to us by email (via EmailJS, a third-party email delivery service) or, if you choose the WhatsApp option, opens a WhatsApp chat with the message you've written. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote — we do not sell or share it with anyone else.

These forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA to stop automated spam submissions. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use this site (which pages are popular, how people found us) so we can improve it. Google Analytics only starts running after you accept cookies via the banner shown on your first visit — if you decline, no analytics cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser's site data for this domain, which will show the banner again.

Our Testimonials page also embeds a Google Reviews widget (via a service called Elfsight), which only loads after you accept cookies, for the same reason.

Your rights

Under South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email info@linksfieldcoatingandprojects.co.za.
